We don't make a dime on hardware. Often, we will even recommend buying hardware when it will save money versus our time repairing a machine. Best of all, we never charge for phone or e-mail support, so you should never be afraid to ask us anything. Charging for phone support only encourages people to make problems worse; we'd rather answer a question than have you risk your data, period.
