- We take steps to ensure fewer malfunctions and less wear, and get you back up as quickly as possible when something
does break. This means higher employee morale, higher customer satisfaction and higher productivity versus so-called
"break-and-fix" work.
- We design, troubleshoot and upgrade networks.
- We have experience with everything from entry-level switches and Windows filesharing to enterprise-class wide-area
networks, including many types of VPN (OpenVPN, PPTP, GRE tunnels, IP-over-IP tunnels, IPv6-over-IPv4 tunnels), Linux and
Windows servers (including interoperability), virtualization, and much more.

for, we probably know someone who can.
What We Don't Do
- We don't sell equipment or software.
- We recommend equipment and software, and provide quotes from a preferred vendor. You're free to go with our
recommendation or not. By making nothing off equipment, we are able to recommend what's really best for you without a
conflict of interest.
- We don't charge for answering questions.
- Unlimited e-mail support and up to an hour of free phone support per day. We'd rather you call us any time you are
unsure, rather than potentially making a problem worse.
- We don't leave you in the dark.
- We will make sure you understand your options, so you can make an informed decision. Technical issues can be
understood by people with little or no computing background; this is one of our strengths.
