We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If no one is in the office, the on-call support rep will be paged immediately.

We never charge for phone or e-mail support.

Our rates are as follows:

Scheduled projects: $125 per hour
During business hours (9am - 5pm CST): $125 per hour
Emergency: $250 per hour
